    The refund of the amount will be made by credit.

    Regarding the services provided, once started they cannot be returned under any circumstances.

    The installations carried out by the team of installers that are part of the WccSolar staff enjoy a guarantee period of 6 months under current regulations. This guarantee will be applicable as long as there is no improper manipulation or incorrect maintenance of the installation carried out. WccSolar reserves the right to carry out the appropriate tests to establish the feasibility of applying the warranty to the installations.

     

    Guarantee

    According to the LGCYU legal framework, which aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand rectification when the purchased good does not comply with the contract, giving him the option of demanding the repair or replacement of the good, unless this is impossible or disproportionate.

    The warranty for consumer goods that do not function correctly is divided into two periods.

    These periods are maintained as long as the manufacturer does not specify longer periods in which cases the warranty will be applied as established by the manufacturer in question, or for those products that by their nature enjoy a longer warranty period, such as solar panels, which have a 10-year mechanical warranty and a 25-year power delivery warranty, for the rest of the products the situation is as follows:

    The periods that are distinguished as long as there is no different mention by the manufacturer, are:

    – Period from its acquisition (in the case of having made the purchase in person) or possession (in the case of having made an online purchase) up to 6 months.

    – Period from 6 months to 2 years from its acquisition (in the case of having made an in-person purchase) or possession (in the case of having made an online purchase).

    Period from acquisition or possession up to 6 months

    In accordance with the provisions of the LGCYU, the guarantee will be applied to the items provided that the item meets the following characteristics upon return:

    – That the product is within the first six months from its acquisition (in the case of having purchased the item directly at our facilities), or from possession of the product (in the case of having purchased the item online).

    – That the product has been used correctly, the manufacturer's recommendations have been followed and its handling has been correct.

    – That with the return of the product the accessories are also returned and that it is delivered in the same condition in which PlusEnegy Solar SL sent it to you, for example, in the case of batteries, they must be returned charged.

    – That the product has its original packaging and documents.

    – That the products do not have obvious signs of mishandling, damage or breakage.

    If the product has irregularities in its operation, a manufacturing defect can be invoked.

    The right to apply the warranty for Plusenergy Solar SL products is subject to the product having been used correctly, following the manufacturer's recommendations, for the use for which the product was manufactured and with the elements compatible with it.

    No more than two months should pass between the customer experiencing a problem with their product and notifying Plusenergy Solar, otherwise the product loses its warranty.

    Plusenergy Solar SL will take the appropriate measures to ensure that the products have the aforementioned characteristics and that the state of the product meets the necessary requirements for the application of the guarantee.

    In the specific case of batteries, Plusenergy Solar SL will prepare a report using the capacity calculation machine KGCFSH- (µC-XCF08) to verify that the use of the batteries has been correct and following the manufacturer's recommendations.

    Finally, if you wish to send the product to exercise your warranty right, you must send it to the address provided below with the accessories purchased along with the product (if any), as well as in the same conditions as the product was purchased, for example In the case of batteries, they must be delivered charged.

    ​In the event that the reports provided go in the same direction and the conclusion is that the operating problem derives from a manufacturing defect, Plusenergy Solar SL undertakes with the client to repair or replace the battery in question.

    In any other case, the guarantee will not apply.

     

    Investors Guarantee

    When we install equipment it is important not to forget to ground the inverter. This land must be exclusive land.     Guarantee of Structures for Solar Panels

    Claims for defective or erroneous merchandise

    Delivery and unloading of merchandise

    Terms of purchase

    These terms of services constitute the general conditions of sale for all orders of Plusenergy Solar SL products and will form part of the sales contract.

    ​If the client contracts the installation service of a grid connection kit, they must take into account the following points that define the obligations and responsibility of Plusenergy Solar SL and the client:

    The photovoltaic installation ends in the protection box at the output of the inverter, that is, the connection to the electrical grid is not made.

    Plusenergy Solar SL installers only connect the inverter to the general protection panel of the home if the client has previously carried out the wiring between both points; In the event that the client has not previously carried out this work, the Plusenergy Solar installers will leave a protection prepared so that the client can carry out the wiring and connection from the output of the inverter to the protection panel afterwards.

    That is, the connection will only be made between the home's power line and the inverter, or between the generator and the inverter if the client prepares the necessary wiring so that the only work to be done by the installers is the connection. .

    Under no circumstances is the cable used for these cases the one included in the photovoltaic kit unless Plusenergy Solar SL is informed of the need to include more wiring to connect additional elements, in which case it will be budgeted and paid according to the same as process than the rest of the elements of the installation.

    The location of the inverter and batteries must have been chosen by the client before the installers go to carry out the photovoltaic installation.

    The place that the client has decided to install the inverter must be close to a wall and at a maximum distance of 1 meter from the battery bank, since the inverter will be fixed to the wall. In addition, this location must be accessible, ventilated and have a temperature that is as stable as possible and close to 25ºC.

    The power line from the solar panels to the inverter is made with a gray corrugated tube on the surface of the façade.

    In the event that the client wants the tube not to be visible for aesthetic reasons, the work of embedding the tube must have been carried out by the client before the installers come to carry out the installation. In this way, the installers will carry out the wiring through the tube previously embedded by the client (ask the installers about the diameter of the tube).

    Unpaid material must be settled at the time the installers enter your home.

    The estimate must be paid in full before installation.

     

    Network connection installation

    The location of the inverter must have been chosen by the client before the installers are going to carry out the photovoltaic installation and must be located a maximum of 2 meters from the main panel of the home.

    The power line from the solar panels to the inverter is made with a gray corrugated tube on the surface of the façade.

    In the event that the client wants the tube not to be visible for aesthetic reasons, the work of embedding the tube must have been carried out by the client before the installers come to carry out the installation. In this way, the installers will carry out the wiring through the tube previously embedded by the client (ask the installers about the diameter of the tube).

    Unpaid material must be settled at the time the installers enter your home.

    Under no circumstances will the material be downloaded or any work carried out without 100% of the amount of the material having been settled.

    It is recommended to have the exact amount prepared to avoid delays.

    The cost of labor must be paid when the photovoltaic installation has been completed and started and its operation is correct, and always before the installers leave the home.
