The 05V Solar Panels Sheet Metal Cover Structure is a type of support to be able to place the solar panels on a sheet metal roof with the correct inclination and orientation. The Solar Panel Sheet Metal Covered Structure does not offer the panels additional inclination, but it does offer a simple fastening. Indicated for a maximum distance of less than 40cm.
The Solar Panel Sheet Metal Roof Structure is designed to support solar panels located vertically on a simple sheet metal roof that has a distance between ribs of less than 40cm. This structure model works for any type of solar panel.
The Solar Panel Sheet Metal Roof Structure is designed to be installed with the same inclination as the existing roof, distributing the panels vertically. The row of panels must be installed perpendicular to the roof drop since the panel must be held with the clamps on its longest side.
You will receive your Solar Panel Sheet Metal Covered Structure along with a detailed assembly plan so that you can install the structure easily and without complications.
The Solar Panel Sheet Metal Covered Structure is designed to be used with modules of 60, 72 and 144 cells and also for those with a special width. You have the possibility of installing panels of any size, respecting that the profiles are suitable for sheet metal roofs with a maximum distance below the grooves of 40cm. Its pressers, which are included, accept different types of profile thickness, between 30 and 50mm.
The anchoring of the Solar Panels Sheet Metal Covered Structure is indicated for sheet metal or sandwich panel roofs. A sealing gasket is included for when the sheet metal is drilled, as well as the anchoring screws to the cover.
The great advantage of the Solar Panel Sheet Metal Roof Structure is its simplicity of installation since it is not necessary to dismantle anything from the existing roof.
The materials of the Solar Panel Sheet Cover Structure are made entirely of high quality aluminum, while the screws and accessories are made of stainless steel.
The EN AW 6005A T6 alloy is a high-strength aluminum alloy, for this reason as well as its ability to be anodized, it is used to make structural profiles. All the present structures can be offered in anodized aluminum, whose advantage over raw aluminum structures is greater resistance to corrosion.
