    There's no need. Once you complete your first purchase, you will be given the opportunity to register as a customer, but it is not mandatory.     With the exception of a possible particular agreement, the Plusenergy Solar SL tariff products will be delivered within a period of between 2-5 business days for orders within the Iberian Peninsula by parcel.


    For orders to the Canary or Balearic Islands, it will take between 7 to 10 business days.

    The shipping costs (shipping) will be borne by the client if the client wishes to have a collection arranged. The cost of collection by Plusenergy Solar SL will be €21,78 + VAT as long as the weight of the product is less to 25Kg. For products with a higher weight, contact Plusenergy Solar SL

    In accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) (hereinafter “LGCYU”), the client will have the right to withdraw from the requested order within a period of 15 calendar days from receipt thereof, prior communication to Plusenergy Solar SL, CLICK HERE using this withdrawal document. The sale and delivery of the merchandise offered is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability while stocks last, so Plusenergy Solar SL, in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries at all times to ensure that the advertised products are available, announcing on each product the delivery time according to our stock. However, if the product included in the order is out of stock, the client/user will be informed of the new expected delivery time and the client/user may choose to accept it or cancel the order.

    The delivery is considered to have been made once the product is made available to the Customer by the carrier and the recipient signs receipt of the delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the products upon receipt and expose all reservations and claims that may be justified.

    Deliveries will be made at the customer's expense, provided that circumstances do not arise that imply free shipping.

    When returning the product, the accessories are also returned and delivered in the same condition in which PlusEnergy Solar SL sent both the documentation and the packaging.

    No more than 15 days should pass between the customer experiencing a problem with their product and notifying PlusEnergy Solar SL, otherwise the product loses its warranty.

    The refund of the amount will be made using the same payment method in which the purchase was made, except for cash on delivery purchases, in which case the amount will be refunded by bank transfer, as well as in the event that made the payment in cash.

    Regarding the services provided, once started they cannot be returned under any circumstances.

    The installations carried out by the team of installers that are part of the WccSolar staff enjoy a guarantee period of 6 months under current regulations. This guarantee will be applicable as long as there is no improper manipulation or incorrect maintenance of the installation carried out. WccSolar reserves the right to carry out the appropriate tests to establish the feasibility of applying the warranty to the installations.

    ​Payment must be made by the means indicated at the time of the order and in euros (€). We accept as a means of payment deposit into account or bank transfer, payment by credit card through PayPal or by cash on delivery (+5% shipping costs).

    Certain items only accept prior transfer as a form of payment. The accepted limit for cash on delivery orders is €1.000, for orders of greater amounts a prior transfer is required.

    When the payment method is cash on delivery, the delivery of material may be delayed from 48 to 72 hours, until telephone confirmation of the cash on delivery order.

    If the client chooses cash on delivery as a payment method, there is no stock of the material and Plusenergy Solar SL offers the client some alternative so as not to delay the delivery of the material. In the event that Plusenergy Solar SL does not receive a response, the company will take a period 3 weeks to cancel the order if you do not receive a response from the customer.
