Like the MultiPlus, the Quattro inverter is also a device composed of an inverter and a charger. Additionally, it supports two AC inputs and automatically connects to the active input. Its many features include a pure sine wave inverter, variable load, hybrid PowerAssist technology, plus multiple features for integration into different systems, such as three-phase or split-phase systems.
Two AC inputs and two AC outputs
The Quattro 12v 24v 48v inverter can be connected to two independent AC power sources, for example to the shore power and a generator, or to two generators. It will automatically connect to the active power supply. The main output has the “no-break” function. In the event of a blackout, or disconnection of the electrical grid or generator, the Quattro assumes the supply of the connected loads. This happens so quickly (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment continue to function without interruption. The second output is only active when one of the Quattro's inputs is AC powered. Those loads that should not be battery powered, such as the air conditioner or water heater, can be connected to this outlet.
The exclusive PowerAssist feature
The Quattro inverter can prevent overloads on a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power. Firstly, it will automatically reduce the battery charge when overcharging occurs. Secondly, it will draw current from the battery to compensate for power from the generator or the electrical grid.
Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation
The Quattro inverter can connect up to 6 Quattros in parallel to achieve higher output power. Operation in three-phase or split-phase mode is also possible. Consult our technical sheets to find models that can be mounted in parallel, three-phase and split phase.
Remote monitoring and control
Monitor and control your Quattro inverter and system(s) locally (LAN) or remotely over the internet from anywhere in the world with the free VRM app and free VRM portal. Access can be carried out from a phone, a tablet or a PC with different operating systems.
