The MultiPlus, as its name suggests, is a device that combines an inverter and a charger in a single, elegant unit. Its many features include a pure sine wave inverter, variable load, hybrid PowerAssist technology, plus multiple features for integration into different systems.
MultiPlus II Inverter Charger
The new MultiPlus II Inverter Charger is set to replace the previous MultiPlus II Compact range. It is a truly powerful sine wave inverter, a sophisticated battery charger featuring adaptive charging technology and a high-speed AC transfer switch in a single compact enclosure.
Features of the MultiPlus II inverter charger
Proven reliability
The full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability for many years. The inverter is short-circuit proof and protected against overheating, either due to overload or high ambient temperature.
High starting power
Necessary for starting high starting loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or power tools.
Search mode When search mode is activated, the inverter's power consumption in no-load operation is reduced by approx. 70%. In this mode, the MultiPlus II, when operating in inverter mode, switches off in the event of insufficient or very low load, and switches on every two seconds for a short period of time. If the output current exceeds a set level, the inverter will continue to operate. Otherwise, the inverter will switch off again.
Programmable relay
By default, the programmable relay is configured as an alarm relay, that is, the relay will be deactivated in case of alarm or pre-alarm (inverter is too hot, input almost too high, battery voltage is too low)
