
Parallel HUAWEI inverters
For cascade inverters on a single-phase grid connection, for export limiting configuration and power control, a CHINT DDSU666-H smart meter (single-phase power meter) and an S-Dongle device (4G) are required. Dongle or WLAN-FE Dongle).
The smart meter and S-Dongle must connect to the same inverter. This inverter will be the master and the rest of the cascade inverters will be slaves.

2. Cascade connection of the inverters in connection to the three-phase electrical grid (balanced three-phase grid connection)
For this scenario, a CHINT DTSU666-H Smart Meter (three-phase power meter) and an S-Dongle device (4G Dongle or WLAN-FE Dongle) are requested.
The Smart Meter and S-Dongle must be connected to the same inverter. This inverter will be the master and the rest of the cascade inverters will be slaves.
For both scenarios, the inverters must be connected in cascade via the RS485 communication protocol on ports 1 and 2 of the communication terminal.
For the inverter where the power meter will be connected, the power meter communication cables should be connected to port 3 and 4.

All settings must be made on the master inverter. The slave inverters will be automatically configured in batches through the master inverter.
Please note that for export limiting configuration it is mandatory to install the S-Dongle on the master inverter.
