TAB solar batteries are designed to provide energy for homes that have a functioning through solar energy and that require a battery bank that allows them to discharge slowly over a long period of time. The TAB TOPzS Solar Battery is very reliable given its number of years in the market, reaching an average of about 1200 cycles, applying discharges of up to 60%. To the extent that the depth of the discharge is less, the battery will extend its useful life, although the most common is that this type of stationary battery banks last between 9 and 12 years. The connection bridges and the screws of the batteries are attached with the complete set of 12 accumulators to form a 24V battery.

Characteristics of the TAB TOPzS Solar Battery is the most appropriate type of stationary battery for photovoltaic solar systems and must be connected between the charge controller and the inverter. It is a deep-cycle stationary battery, whose main virtues with respect to monoblock batteries are the discharge depth and long service life. The percentages are up to 70% although we do not recommend going beyond 50% on a regular basis and their life cycles, which can reach 1500 cycles with an average discharge depth of 50% , considering a complete discharge cycle and a full battery charge.
The TAB battery, manufactured in the European Union, has been tested for more than 20 years that the factory has been producing batteries, with a failure rate of less than 0. 1% of the total batteries, gives security in its commercialization and guarantee of operation in solar photovoltaic systems.
The accumulators must always be connected in series until the inverter's working voltage is reached, that is, if we have a 12V inverter, we will need 6 accumulators connected in series, while if our installation is 24V or 48V we will need 12 or 24 accumulators respectively.
These types of batteries are designed for use in systems that require a constant supply of energy such as homes isolated from the mains, with their respective computers, televisions, refrigerators or any other household appliance that requires electrical power.
The TAB TOPzS Solar Battery, as shown on the label, is valued at several discharge rates, with the most frequently used rates being C10 and C100. Normally, in solar and renewable energy batteries, the rate that prevails over the rest is the C100 rate, which means that to calculate the capacity of this battery, it has undergone a continuous discharge of the battery for 100 hours and this has been able to extract the amps that are marked.
Whenever we need solar stationary batteries, intended for use in homes and with permanent consumption, the C100 measure is very reliable, since it refers to a discharge of about 4 days, which is the closest to what happens in reality.
