    Description

El MPPT Regulator 250V 60A Victron Smart Solar It is capable of charging a battery with a charging current of up to 60A and supports a voltage in photovoltaic panels of up to 250V.

With the SmartSolar MPPT 150/60 Tr charge regulator You'll get ultra-fast tracking of the maximum power point. With this solar charge controller It will perform especially well under cloudy skies, when the light intensity changes continuously. He controller SmartSolar MPPT 150/60 Tr   es ultra-fast and will optimize energy collection by up to 30%, compared to PWM charge controllers, and up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.

Thanks to the Victron Smart Solar MPPT 250V 60A Regulator we can use 24V or 60 cell panels to charge 12V batterieswithout any problem or any loss of energy. The regulator will increase the load intensity by reducing the voltage so as not to lose a single watt (W) of power

The main advantage of being a 250V model It is being able to use a higher voltage in solar panels and obtain higher efficiency, minimizing losses from working at a low voltage.

As it is an MPPT regulator, when weather conditions are adverse, even with clouds or rain, the intensity of the light changes continuously. With the Victron Smart Solar 250V 60A MPPT Regulator we can adapt to the new situations that arise at every moment of use. a fast and efficient way getting the most out of the solar panel in any situation.

Advanced Maximum Power Point Detection MPPT Smart Solar 250V 60A VICTRON

When the light intensity is not constant, the Victron Smart Solar MPPT 250V 60A Regulator improves energy collection by up to 30% compared to a PWM controller and even 10% compared to other MPPTs. It incorporates an algorithm to always maximize energy collection by reaching the optimum maximum power point for that moment, thanks to this the Victron Smart Solar MPPT Regulator 250V 60A has a exceptional conversion efficiency.

    SmartSolar 250V / 60A

The Victron Smart Solar MPPT 250V 60A Regulator is a maximizing solar charge regulator that provides us with the maximum performance of any type of panel for our solar energy installation. All Smart models incorporate internal Bluetooth so we can connect to configure and monitor our regulator from our phone, tablet or PC with the Victron application. This Victron Smart Solar 250V 60A MPPT Regulator model works with 12V and 24V batteries and supports a maximum of 250V at the panel input and can charge the battery at a maximum intensity of 60A. This MPPT Regulator 250V 60A Victron Smart Solar with a 12V battery it supports a maximum of 860W from panels, at 24V battery it is 1720W and at 48V we will take advantage of panels up to 3440W.

The Differences of PWM and MPPT Regulators

What solar regulator do I need depending on the type of solar panel?

Normal regulator (PWM): Whether you have 12V solar panels to use in an isolated (or autonomous) 12V solar installation, or if you have 24V solar panels and 72 cells to use in a 24V installation, you must use a normal regulator (type PWM). Which is the most economical and suitable for this type of solar panel.

Maximizing regulator (MPPT): If you have 24V solar panels and 60 cells (plates with a power greater than 200W), to use in a 24V isolated solar installation, you must use an MPPT maximizing regulator. Necessary to amplify the voltage of these solar panels, so that when it reaches the batteries it is high and the energy is stored well. The MPPT regulator is more expensive but is necessary with this type of plates. Which without the use of MPPT, the useful life of the batteries would be damaged since they could not be equalized and would sulfate in a few months.
