Terms and Conditions of Service with WccSolar Plus Energy 

RETURNS

In accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) (hereinafter “LGCYU”), the client will be entitled upon withdrawal of the requested order within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the same, prior communication to Plusenergy Solar SL, CLICK HERE using this withdrawal document.

 

The withdrawal document must be sent to our email angela@wccsolar.es with subject "Return Request". Plusenergy Solar S.L undertakes, under the aforementioned Law, to return the amount of the product. Due to the nature of the products supplied by Plusenergy Solar SL, the company is not responsible for the shipping costs of sending the products during the withdrawal period or free withdrawal period, so Plusenergy Solar SL recommends proper advice prior to the purchase. Monetary refunds made by POS are effective in the customer's account for up to 10 business days.

In the case of requesting a return, except in cases where the seller offers to pick up the goods, the consumer must return them to the seller or to a person authorized by the seller within 14 calendar days from the day after communicating the decision to the seller of giving up

 

The amount paid will be refunded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the consumer and user will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same different from that necessary to establish its nature, its characteristics or its operation, therefore it is essential that the product is find in perfect condition. The return costs will be borne by the seller. If, on the other hand, you want to replace the product, Plusenergy Solar S.L. undertakes to deliver to the customer another product in perfect condition once it has been received and the condition of the returned product has been verified and the difference between these two settled.

 

In particular, within the framework of products marketed by Plusenergy Solar S.L. the right of withdrawal will not proceed the services once they have begun, as well as stationary batteries made to order as it is a personalized product.

 

Plusenergy Solar S.L. will take the appropriate measures to ensure that the products have the aforementioned characteristics and that the status of the product has the necessary requirements for the return of the amount paid by the customer.

In the specific case of the batteries, Plusenergy Solar S.L. will make a report using the KGCFSH- capacity calculation machine (µC-XCF08) to verify that the use of the batteries has been correct and following the manufacturer's recommendations.

 

The refund of the amount will be made by the same method of payment in which the purchase was made, except for the purchase against reimbursement, in which case the amount will be returned with bank transfer, as well as in the case that there has been made the payment in cash.

 

Regarding the services provided, once initiated, they cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Installations performed by the team of installers that are part of the WccSolar workforce enjoy a warranty period 

6 months under current regulations. This guarantee will be applicable provided that there is no undue manipulation or there is an incorrect maintenance of the installation performed. WccSolar reserves the right to carry out the appropriate tests to establish the viability of the application of the guarantee to the facilities.

 

Warranty


According to the LGCYU legal framework that aims to provide the consumer with different options to demand sanitation when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving him the option to demand the repair or replacement of the good, unless it is impossible or disproportionate.

 

The guarantee of consumer goods that do not have a proper functioning is divided into two periods.

These periods are maintained provided that the manufacturer does not specify longer periods in which cases the warranty will be applied as established by the manufacturer in question, or for those products that by their nature enjoy a longer warranty period, such as solar panels, which have a mechanical guarantee of 10 years and a guarantee of power delivery of 25 years, for the rest of the products the situation is as follows:

 

The periods that are distinguished whenever there is no different mention by the manufacturer, are:

 

- Period from its acquisition (in the case of having made the face-to-face purchase) or possession (in the case of having made an online purchase) until 6 months.

- Period from 6 months to 2 years of its acquisition (in the case of having made a face-to-face purchase) or possession (in the case of having made an online purchase).

 

The periods are specified in detail below.

Period from acquisition or possession until 6 months

In accordance with the provisions of the LGCYU, the warranty on the items will be applied provided that the item meets the following characteristics upon return:

 

- That the product is in the first six months from its acquisition (in the case of having purchased the article directly in our facilities), or from the possession of the product (in the case of having acquired the article online).

- That the product has undergone proper use, the manufacturer's recommendations have been followed and its handling has been correct.

- That with the return of the product the accessories are also returned and delivered in the same state in which Autosolar Energy Solutions S.L.U sent it, for example, in the case of batteries, they must be returned charged.

- That the product has its original packaging and documents.

 

- That the products do not have obvious signs of bad handling, damage or breakage.

If the product has irregularities in its operation, a manufacturing defect can be appealed.

The right of guarantee application of the products of Plusenergy Solar S.L is subject to the fact that the product has been used correctly, following the manufacturer's recommendations, for the use for which the product has been manufactured and with the elements compatible therewith.

 

It should not take more than two months between the customer experiencing a problem with their product until they notify Plusenergy Solar, otherwise the product loses its warranty.

 

Plusenergy Solar S.L will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, manipulation or non-professional installation, or malfunction as a short circuit. The warranty will not be valid in case of factors outside the normal use of the product, such as voltage rises or drops, use of improper accessories or prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or improper or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by manufacturers.

 

In addition, the product must have been properly maintained under what the manufacturer determines.

Plusenergy Solar S.L will take appropriate measures to ensure that the products have the aforementioned characteristics and that the condition of the product has the necessary requirements for the application of the guarantee.

In the specific case of the batteries, Plusenergy Solar S.L will make a report using the KGCFSH- capacity calculation machine (µC-XCF08) to verify that the battery usage has been correct and following the manufacturer's recommendations.

 

Finally, if you want to send the product to exercise your warranty right you must send it to the address provided below with the accessories purchased next to the product (if any), as well as under the same conditions as the product was purchased, for example , in the case of batteries, they must be delivered charged.

 

Period from 6 months to 2 years after acquisition or possession

Those products that present irregularities in their operation during this period of time may be  guarantee the right of guarantee provided that together with the defective product an industrial expert report is sent stating that the product during its useful life was used correctly and that any problem in its operation is a consequence of a manufacturing defect dragged over time.

 

It should not take more than two months between the customer experiencing a problem with their product until they notify Plusenergy Solar, otherwise the product loses its warranty.

Plusenergy Solar S.L will not be responsible for possible damages that may result from misuse, manipulation or non-professional installation, or malfunction as a short circuit. The warranty will not be valid in case of factors outside the normal use of the product, such as voltage rises or drops, use of improper accessories or prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or improper or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by manufacturers.

 

In the case of products sent to Plusenergy Solar S.L without the aforementioned report of industrial expertise, Plusenergy Solar S.L is waiting to receive the industrial expertise to proceed with the assessment of the application of the guarantee. Industrial expertise will always be borne by the customer, independently of the resulting report.

 

Once the client provides Plusenergy Solar SL with the defective product and the report of the industrial expertise, the company will proceed to check the data provided by the report of the industrial expertise, for example, for the case of batteries, reached at this point Plusenergy Solar SL contrasts the information in the report provided by the customer with the report issued by the capacity calculation machine KGCFSH- (µC-XCF08) after the battery is connected to this device.

 

Only those batteries whose report of the industrial expertise provided by the customer and the report of the capacity calculation machine KGCFSH- (µC-XCF08) will conclude that the battery has been used for the purposes described by the manufacturer and its use and maintenance has been correct throughout its life, so that the problems of operation that the battery experiences is a consequence of a manufacturing defect.

 

In the event that the reports provided go in the same direction and the conclusion is that the problem of operation derives from a manufacturing defect Plusenergy Solar S.L undertakes with the customer to repair or replace the battery in question.

 

In any other case, the warranty will not apply.

 

Investor Guarantee


When installing equipment, it is important not to forget to make the grounding of the inverter. This land must be an exclusive land. If there is no ground, the inverter must not be connected to the ground of the house, since any branch in the installation will affect the most sensitive equipment in the circuit, in this case the inverter. This requirement is indispensable for the application of the guarantee.

On the other hand, Plusenergy Solar S.L, is not responsible for the effects on the photovoltaic system, profitability, efficiency, breakage or problems in operation due to the poor conditions of the electrical panel of the house.

 

The study, installation, tuning of the system, guarantee of the products and all the rights to which the consumed ones will be limited will be limited to the extent that the electrical panel of your home does not comply with the 'Electrotechnical regulation for low voltage and complementary technical instructions' (REBT-ITC), which establishes the framework of technical conditions and guarantees that the electrical installations connected to a supply source must meet in the low voltage limits in terms of safety, operation and reliability for installations and persons. Therefore, Plusenergy Solar is not responsible for the effectiveness of the photovoltaic solar installation and does not respond to possible failures that may occur from the solar inverter to the consumption of the home, leaving any problem that occurs under the sole responsibility of the client.

 

In investors there are three errors (error 9, 51 and 53) and exploited Mosfet that directly affect the power stage of the inverter. Structural Warranty for Solar Panels

PORTS ASSUMED FOR THE SHIPPING OF THE PRODUCT WITH THE APPLICATION OF THE WARRANTY APPLICATION


The postage for the return of the product will only be assumed by Plusenergy Solar SL if the product is returned as a result of a manufacturing problem and does not exceed 3 calendar months following the receipt of the same hence it presents operating problems, for other cases , it will be the client who assumes the postage.

 

BATTERY MAINTENANCE

CLAIMS FOR DEFECTIVE OR ERRON GOODS


The delivery note or invoice issued by Plusenergy Solar S.L is valid as a manufacturer's guarantee, this will take effect from the day the delivery is made at the buyer's address.

DELIVERY AND DISCHARGE OF GOODS


The conditions of delivery of the merchandise are subject to the facilities and limitations of access and nature of the download, as well as to the dimensions and weight of the material estimated by the logistics company.

The customer, upon receiving the merchandise, must immediately verify that the material received and the condition of the merchandise is correct. After 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the merchandise, Plusenergy Solar S.L is not responsible for the condition or quality of the material received.

 

In those cases where the place of delivery of the merchandise is difficult to access and this implies an extra cost for the logistics company, Plusenergy Solar S.L will contact the client to transfer part of this cost, contact us for more information.

 

PURCHASE CONDITIONS


These terms of services assume the general conditions of sale of all product orders of Plusenergy Solar S.L and will be part of the sales contract.

 

The acceptance of the products will imply the acceptance of these conditions of sale, prices and payments.

The prices that appear in the store already include 21% of I.V.A.

 

If you have registered from an area exempt from I.V.A., only the net price of the item will appear.

Plusenergy Solar S.L. reserves the right to vary the price of the items without prior notice in accordance with market conditions.

Payment must be made by the means indicated at the time of the order and in euros (€). We accept as payment the deposit account or bank transfer, payment by credit card through PayPal or by cash on delivery (+ 5% of transport costs).

Certain items only accept the previous transfer as payment method. The accepted limit for orders against reimbursement is € 1,000, for orders of higher quantity a previous transfer is necessary.

DELIVERY TIMES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS


With the exception of a possible particular agreement, the products of the Plusenergy Solar S.L tariff will be served within 2-5 business days for orders within the Iberian Peninsula.

 

For orders to the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, they will be between 7 to 10 business days.

 

The commitment acquired by Plusenergy Solar SL to sell and deliver the merchandise offered is subject to the stock of the advertised product and its availability until stocks last, so Plusenergy Solar SL, in its commitment to quality and customer service, tries at all times that the products advertised are available, announcing in each product the delivery time according to our stock. ISOLATED CONNECTION INSTALLATION


Plusenergy Solar S.L puts at your disposal the installation service of a wide variety of photovoltaic kits, among which the isolated connection kits stand out.

 

If the client contracts the installation service of a network connection kit, he must take into account the following points that define the obligations and responsibility of Plusenergy Solar S.L and the client:

 

- The photovoltaic installation ends in the protection box at the output of the inverter, that is, the connection to the electricity grid is not made.

The installers of Plusenergy Solar S.L only make the connection of the inverter to the general protection panel of the house if the customer has previously made the wiring between both points; In the event that the client has not previously done this work, the installers of Plusenergy Solar will leave a protection prepared so that the client can perform the wiring and connection from the output of the inverter to the protection panel afterwards.

That is, only the connection between the power supply line of the house and the inverter will be made, or between the generator and the inverter if the client prepares the necessary wiring so that the only work to be done by the installers is the connection .

Under no circumstances is the cable used for these cases the one that includes the photovoltaic kit unless Plusenergy Solar SL is notified of the need to include more wiring to connect additional elements, in which case it will be budgeted and paid according to the same as process than the rest of the installation elements.

- The location of the inverter and the batteries must have been chosen by the client before the installers will carry out the photovoltaic installation.

The place that the customer has decided for the installation of the inverter must be close to a wall and a maximum distance of 1 meter from the battery bank, as the inverter will be fixed to the wall. In addition, this location must be accessible, ventilated and have a temperature as stable and close to 25 ° C.

- The power line of the solar panels to the inverter is made with a gray corrugated tube on the surface to the facade.

In the event that the client wishes that the tube is not visible for aesthetic reasons, the work of recessing the tube must have been carried out by the client before the installers move to perform the installation. In this way, the installers will make the wiring for the tube previously embedded by the customer (consult the installers for the diameter of the tube).

- Unpaid material must be liquidated at the moment when installers enter your home.

The budget must be paid in full before installing.

 

NETWORK CONNECTION INSTALLATION

Plusenergy Solar S.L puts at your disposal the installation service of a wide variety of photovoltaic kits, among which the network connection kits stand out.

 

If the client contracts the installation service of a network connection kit, he must take into account the following points that define the obligations and responsibility of Plusenergy Solar S.L and the client:

 

- The location of the inverter must have been chosen by the client before the installers are going to carry out the photovoltaic installation and must be located 2 meters maximum from the general picture of the house.

To adhere to the prices by zone, in the event that the client wants the investor to be located more than 2 meters from the general picture of the house, it must be the client who prepares before the installation of the recessed corrugated pipe and wiring between the location of the inverter and the housing panel, in this case, consult the installers the cable section.

The inverter will be fixed to the wall and the location must be accessible, ventilated and have a temperature as stable and close to 25 ° C.
